What we collect when you join the waitlist
When you submit the AggreGet waitlist form, we collect:
- Your email address
- The role you selected (seller, buyer, haulier, or other)
- The name of your company
- A UK postcode
- The fact that you ticked the consent checkbox, the date and time you did so, your IP address, and the version of this Privacy Policy in force at that moment.
Providing this information is voluntary — you choose what to share when you submit the form.
Why we collect it (purposes)
- To prioritise our beta cohort by role, region, and company.
- To send you launch updates about the AggreGet marketplace.
Lawful basis
Our lawful basis for processing your information is your consent (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). You give consent by ticking the unticked checkbox on the waitlist form. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing hello@aggreget.uk.
How long we keep it (retention)
We keep your waitlist information until product launch + 12 months, or until earlier deletion request. After that period, your record is deleted.
Who we share it with (recipients)
We do not share your waitlist information with any third party for marketing purposes.
Where it's stored (transfers)
Your information is stored on servers in the United Kingdom. We do not transfer it outside the UK.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access
- Ask for a copy of the information we hold about you.
- Rectification
- Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erasure (right to be forgotten)
- Ask us to delete your information.
- Portability
- Ask for your information in a portable, structured format.
- Object
- Object to our processing of your information.
- Withdraw consent
- Withdraw your consent at any time, after which your record is deleted.

Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will publish a new version (with a new version string) on this page. The version in force when you submitted the waitlist applies to your record unless you re-consent under a newer version.
